Suicide.
Source: In the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV a new system was introduced in patch 7.25 in which players can assign actions to their current jobs from phantom jobs in a special zone. One of these actions is called "Predict" for Phantom Oracle, that allows to execute a variety of actions depending of the current prediction, one such action is Starfall which deals over 300k damage to enemies while also causing 90% of max health damage to the user. This action usually kills the user if they're actively receiving damage, hence the killing oneself connection, as using it without shields or damage mitigation is likely to be a suicidal move.
Alternative use: Commit False Prediction. If the user does not activate any actions following the 4 cycled predictions from"Predict", a deadly debuff is applied to the user for 30 seconds, causing 50k damage per second (average max health is below 200k for tanks).

For when your D&D party doesn't want to deal with the DM's bullshit, and just burns down the building/church/tower that contains the encounter that they had worked for weeks on.
"You see several Mind Flayers through the open doors of the church. Will you go inside to confront them and save the town?"
"We're going to burn it down."
"What?"
"We're going to Commit Tentacle Church on it."
