A name given to someone who teaches with anger problems. A mooby is somebody who cant control their anger and will yell tell their throat and lungs hurt. Mooby's usually always either have to scream, yell, shout, and to some extent think their a BAMF Gangster. A Moobys blood pressure goes to unheard of highs. A mooby usually has excessive anger problems. The best option is to avoid a Mooby or Moobys at all cost.

Get the oogly moogly mug.said to be one of the nicest suburbs in the greater vancouver area. tiny town way too far away from anything when really it is overpopulated by asians and white guys trying to be brown. excessive amounts of ed hardy are worn, its almost always cloudy out and the inlet is heavily polluted. many senior complexes and there is only one police man. commonly believed to be farmland by vancouver people. doesnt even have its own mall.
