Girl-failure (noun): A term used to describe a girl or woman who seems to perpetually stumble through life, making a series of awkward, embarrassing, and often life-changing mistakes.
She's the one who spills coffee on herself right before an important meeting, trips over her own feet, and somehow manages to lock herself out of her apartment at least once a month.
