Once defined as Standard Definition Television, Shit-D TV has arisen as a common term in the wake of the HDTV revolution. As your eyes are spoiled by the beautifully pure optical clarity of High Definition, reverting back to Standard Def is nearly impossible to do because of the extreme nausea caused by the grainy, fuzzy and just flat out SHITTY optical quality.
I was excited to head over to Cheese's house for the Super Bowl, but when we got there and I found out he hadn't upgraded his cable package to HD, and that we were going to be watching the biggest game of the year in Shit-D TV, I nearly called up John Stamos to come over and beat the living hell out him.
