neutron bomb loan

Any loan contract structured to place the borrower into a position where it is not possible to pay off the principle; a predatory lending contract or product designed to financially wipe out the borrower. Originated 2007 by Bill Purdy, a California lawyer representing homeowners with predatory lending claims.

An ARM (adjustable rate mortage), "interest-only", and a liar loan are examples of a neutron bomb loan.

Logan

Logan. A boy who is strong, confident, shy, nice and really gorgeous. If you meet him at motocross and say hi, he will probably just say you just came here to say hi? And then you will have to change your name. He is very sweet but shy, so if he talks to you, your the luckiest person in the world. loan shark

a loan shark is someone who'll give someone else a loan (usually a pretty large sum) and then charge a ridiculous amount of interest. when the loan wasn't paid they would usually use force to get their money. this term, or, ahem, profession is usually linked to the mafia.

Paul Castellano took a large portion of Roy DeMeo's loan sharking income.
