A person who, when in a relationship, is distant at first but then extremely clingy after a set amount of time (usually after 3 or 6 months).

A doofus clogger is someone who is both a doofus and or clogger. In other words, they are both hardheaded and mischievous. They cause annoyance in times where nothing was was wrong. It is not to be confused with with a tootle clogger, the non insulting form of doofus clogger.
