This is a process when you rub you're index and middle finger on the under part of you're balls then slowly move to the crusty, warm , sweaty asshole continuing the rubbing. once done you take them out of you're pants and yell BINGERS! as you chase a kid around. if you catch them then you rub you're fingers on their upper lip making it so they smell you're 'bingers'
