The study of people who do not trust technology. These people (Techo: combination of tech echo) are known for following up an e-mail by phoning, ostensibly to "see if you got it," but are echoing the exact contents of the e-mail, thus rendering it redundant and annoying the shit out of you.

Jamie: Have you seen that recent report from Geek Weekly about the Techonolgy 101 class at MIT?

Sara: No, but I'd be interested in finding out why people insist on asking me if I got their e-mail. Unless there is a massive system failure, I got their e-mail. I just chose to ignore it.

(You) Mom, thats an iPod, there is no slot...

Unofficial synonym for technical. Technological is just the long version and nobody cares about it; they can and will shorten it to technical.

Person 1: "I am experiencing technological issues"
Person 2: "STFU, technical is shorter to pronounce and write, and it saves up time"

To home in on a person, usually a friend, acquaintence or business contact, by using cell phones, GPS devices or other means of real-time electronic communication to arrive at a previously unspecified meeting place at a specified time.

We agreed to head down to the market at noon, and from there we would just technolocate eachother using our iPhones.
