Sebastian’s “nickname” that means it’s nasty because Sebastian is full of nosey ass people and boys who basically just wanna have sex or girls who just wanna be fucked. And the place where 15 minute parties with 100+ freshman show up as upperclassmen prey on then. Somehow someone came up with this term and it was never intended for it to be an “adjective” to describe the nasty ass town they live in. Fits well tho.
