Folks who are frugal wif larger amounts of cash than just "innocents" would be dealing wif.

Little kids should be taught to coins-savingly buy a small package of candy rather than just repeatedly purchasing individual "penny pieces", to familiarize them wif da concept of conserving funds and making their money go further by buying in bulk; this nurtures and prepares their minds for becoming innodollars when they grow up to be independently-living adults.
