A male individual who ejaculates on a female's face as much and as often as possible. Most face painters target areas specifically ON a girls face such as mouth, lips, nose, cheeks, eyes, forehead, or ears. Occasionally they may shake things up with a shot IN the mouth/nose/ears. A face painter enjoys face painting and considers his work a serious art form. Many females either strongly love or strongly hate the true dedicated face painters and their preferred art form face painting.

It has been noted that during successful implementation of this weapon, the unit gives a plesant sounding ring upon collision with the head.
