A chemical called dopamine eat foods rich in tyrosine which is a amino acid. Tyrosine goes to your brain and the neurons that make dopamine will turn it into dopamine with the help of other enzymes.

Guy 1: I need to eat Parmesan cheese because its rich in tyrosine and tyrosine makes dopamine which is what makes you happy.
