This term goes back way when the Kernsvillians used to play drinking games on their land that their grand pappy bought them back in Nineteen Two.(1902)

Today the term is still used.But is known today when the smallest person of your party group gets too high or shitfaced or trippin on some kind of shit gets too fucked up and defeated and makes everyone wanna laugh and crack jokes allll night until the person cannot take it anymore.

Some of the issues could be related to the quality of your internet connection, and therefore your ISP and how much bandwith is available to you at any point in time.
