A person or group of people (preferably wearing a safari hat) who pulls out their phone and takes a picture of an abnormally shape person built like a rhombus, refrigerator or the front of a Volkswagen Beetle then shares it with others for sardonic purposes.

p1 - Did you guys jump out of the bushes and get a pic of that tubby sitting at the bus stop shaped like a Volkswagen Beetle?

The Word Tubby is Slang for 'Tub Slut'. The name originated around 2010, 'Tubby' is widely known as or used to describe a person (Mostly Females), who goes from Dealer to Dealer and has sexual intercourse with them, and in return they pay her with an amount of methamphetamine.
Even know all the Dealers know she's a 'tubby' they still fuck her when she wants a 'taste'.

mate 1- 'She's such a tubby, i wonder whose tub she'll jump into next.'
mate 2- 'haha tubby, just wanting a taste.'
