Republican: “sleepy joe (Biden) is at it again forgetting what he’s running for”

Joe Biden: “Com’on man”

Sleepy Gus

A term used to describe teens who usually sleep very late, possible going into the afternoon hours. These people are generally exceptional at bass guitar. It is not to be confused with "sleepy guy" which is more or less a ridiculous assumption.
