the term used of when a flat-chested, dumbass, bitch, little motherfucking ass clown tries to piss you off and theres no other word but to use "queer"as in strange and "thot" to make an ultimate mixture of the best words. Being called a thot is a privalage so we add queer to make it something to scream at that hoe that sits behind you in math class and never shuts up.

Person: Im the best at singing, dancing, being a bitch, all that and a bag of chips!
Me: your such a fucking queer thot mate, shut the fuck up.
