Phantom Typist

One who continuously appears to be "writing a message" when instant messaging. Gives the impression that the person is either hiding the truth, unable to make up their damn mind, or alternatively, is merely a shitty typist.

'...is writing a message' (for a lengthy period)
"Hurry the hell up, you damn phantom typist!"
