The act of plugging one nostril while forcefully blowing the other causing the snot from the open nostril to shoot out onto the ground.

Brian was sick and congested however after his farmer's blow, his breathing became easier.

The act of ordering a sandwich with the most common ingredients however combined in such a way that makes the sandwich so unique that it should be named for its recipient. Farmer style also carries over into the workplace where it can describe the act of completing a task in the most unusual of ways ex. a new method of marksmanship which greatly improves hadicapped shooters.
