Out Loud Texter

A person who recieves a text and then immediately says what the person said to them out loud and then proceeds to say out loud what they are going to say

Jeeze!!! Bob is such an out loud texter... we will be having a conversation then... OUT OF NOWHERE.... he will get a text message and say what that person said!!

Also great for indicating what the poster was implying.
