This is when you grab a person from behind (preferably buttocks) and shake it like it's a hand.

Leticia walked into the bar and saw her boyfriend's ex-wife, Victoria standing there with some male friends. Leticia walked up to Victoria and gave her a Moroccan Handshake and winked to the men. This lightened the mood for Leticia and created havoc with Victoria.
