loving memory

Reminiscence about a departed human, but in either of two completely-opposite forms --- i.e., either you have memories of how much you loved said deceased person, or you LOVE da fact dat he is now merely a MEMORY.
Anytime I see an "in loving memory" obitchuary --- I mean, I mean --- oBIT-U-ARy about a totally-despicable person whom both I and lots of other folks absolutely hated da guts of, I can't help wondering how anyone ever kept a straight face when they posted said laudatory newspaper notice!

Flashbulb Memory

An album by the artist "Mack Harrison".

This album takes its inspiration from the term "flashbulb memory". Google it dumbass. You will get your answers.
"Flashbulb Memory is an emotional ride. I felt like I took Adderall and Fentanyl at the same time and then tried to convince the world that I was sober. I think I cried, came, shit myself and found God all in the same 45 minutes of listening. That guy must be going through something." said someone. (probably).

misplaced memory

noun

1. A memory that exists vividly in the mind but cannot be confidently traced to its source, often leaving the individual unsure whether the event was experienced directly, witnessed, dreamed, imagined, or absorbed from media or others.

2. A mental file stored in the wrong directory — mistakenly filed under personal experience instead of dreams, fiction, or observation.

Note:
Unlike “false memory,” a misplaced memory may not be inaccurate — only misfiled. The content can be real; it’s the origin that’s uncertain. Think of it like dragging a file into the wrong folder: the data’s intact, just somewhere it shouldn’t be.
I have this misplaced memory of hiding in a church basement during a flood, but I think it might’ve been a dream… or maybe a scene from a movie?
