slow lag 

A type of lag usually involved with gaming when your computer is experiencing slow frame due to your computer not having fast enough processing power. It's an easy way to define which lag you are having with out saying "My computer is lagging cause it's old or something".

When communicating with someone digitally in a distant time zone by phone, text, video chat or Skype, digital jet-lag is the feeling of being tired or fatigued from said communication and its disruption of your normal schedule and routine.
