bungee bollocks

The phrase Bungee bollocks does not have to refer to older men though as it a phrase used for when, someone of the male gender wears shorts and their bollocks have dropped out and are in clear view.

The drooping of the skin around the bollocks due to aging can cause men of 90+ years of age sometimes have trouble with this and end up tripping over their own bollocks.
