Ability; Time Stop. On queue, the stand can freeze time in a 10 meter radius around the user. From the user's perspective, time will be stopped for a maximum of 5 seconds, but can be started on queue. This can be extended through mutations to the stand, due to vampire DNA.

(main universe Diego Brando had the potential to unlock The World, but did not before his death, likely due to the Scary Monsters disease.)
