A person who steals a hug from a girl who is angry at another guy.

Person 1: "Ugh! You bother me so much!!"
Person 2: "He's a jerk, I know... want a hug?"
*they hug*
Person 3: "Bro... you're such a hug moocher."

When a person is about to sneeze, instead of covering their face with their hands, they wrap their arms around their head. Thus sneezing into the inside of the elbows. A creative to not germ up your hands, but very over exagerated.
