Someone with nothing to do and no purpose in life whose general everyday aimless wondering and pointless, futile activities only serve to annoy the general population. Typically taking the form of middle-to-older aged white males who enjoy things such as lawn care and/or bass fishing shows, the peenie donker can also be found in female form in places such as the highways, shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores.

I was in the grocery store checkout behind a real god-damned peenie donker. He kept trying to use expired coupons and then wanted to talk to the cashier about his aunt.
