Pretty much a stinky steino but extra dingy. When someone is being a Dungo Deloonalon, they are being inconsiderate of how other people may feel, or just rude in general. Some famous examples of Dungo Deloonalons include Will Smith, the guy who killed JFK and any transformers villain.

Yeah Craig wouldn’t get out of bed, he was being a giant Dungo Deloonalon about it.
