Soggy Pigeon

Typically used in banter, a soggy pigeon is a person who doesn't deserve your time, but you won't say it to their face because your afraid of socialising.

The expression “pigeons in the comfrey” (specifically the lack thereof) refers both, somewhat confusingly, to a person who is not quite here mentally (similar to cobweb head), or who is restlessly busy doing many things (similarly to have fingers in many pies)

* Since the accident, Donald has not been the same. He doesn't have a lot of pigeons left in his comfrey.
* Joe never has a lot of pigeons in the comfrey. I don't know how he keeps up with all those projects.
