A phrase often used in Iceland describing a man who fights a lot when he has consumed alcoholic beverages. This person is however not a good fighter and picks fights with almost anyone he sees when drunk, which he loses.

I ran into such a sigmar at the club the other night, I had to beat him five times to make him stop attacking me.
