Suicide is a very serious topic. Depression goes unnoticed too many times. If you think someone has depression, please just talk to them; you might save their life. Suicide is a permanent answer to a temporary issue. It can always be treated. It is never selfish to commit suicide. Never. It is your choice if you want to keep living life. In my opinion, life is worth living. If you have ANY suicidal thoughts, please, please, please call 988 or 1-800-273-8255.

Suicide

The act of taking one's own life, or in other words killing oneself. This is often caused by severe depression or other mental illnesses. Unfortunately, suicide is at an all-time high among teenagers, and many have attempted the act, most of them succeeding. Although it is highly discouraged, the sad truth is that many are unable to reason with those that contemplate said act.

Many people have gone through this, and you are not alone. Please, please do whatever you can to reach out to any kind of professional help. If you can't speak to a professional for whatever reason need be, please contact the folks at Samaritans.org whom are a charity about suicide prevention. You can call, text, or email them, and an unpaid volunteer is ready to talk and listen. Just in case, please distance yourself from anything you could potentially use to harm yourself. You can get through this, you just have to keep going. Don't give up. You got this.
