its sorta like a mulligan when you golf, only it pertains to the entertainment world. Dusty's are known for the lack of talent and Inability to say anything meaningful other then 4 letter profanities. They often are belligerent drunk and rude, Dusty's have a god complex and a real lack for accomplishing anything, they often ride on the coat tails of other people with actual talent.
