When one is zifty they are under some sort of drug or alcohol induced quest to find more drugs or alcohol for FREE.

You see someone stealing beer or trying to hit the blunt when they didn't throw down and you say "nigga whatchu doin?" and they are like "nigga I'm getting zifty son"
