The compulsive need to read aloud every road sign you see for 900 kilometres. Difficult to pronounce words must be sounded out repeatedly until they are properly articulated.

Tanya totally has Thomasignophoria. She read every sign out loud for the whole 900kms. When we saw the "Sammamish 15" sign, she was like "Sam-ish; Sam-am-ish; Sam-mam-ish".
