Testing can also be a premeditated plot to see what you would do in a certain situation.

Usually stated by a League of Legends player who is preemptively justifying their actions, when they are in the clear disadvantage, trying to outperform their opponent. Usually leads to the player dying and infuriating their teammates.

Jungle: "Hold on I'm limit testing."
