adj. Used to describe an individual who uses a phone for all purposes other than conversation (text, email, etc.).

My friend is so telephobic, she'll text through an entire conversation rather than use a telephone for its intended purpose!

3. When buying things online, the process of confirming that you are you by using your phone to sign for the order.

Yelling out one's back porch or window to a friend or loved one who is not necessarily a neighbor. The recipient of the message usually responds yelling back from a distance.

Donny: Walks onto back porch "Hey Maria, come you over here!"
