The show is based off of the brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester, portrayed by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles who travel around America hunting monsters, demons, ghosts, angels sometimes, etc. These fans are very special and unique. They are not like other fandoms.
Throughout the series very long running time of 12 years so far, these fans have stuck by eachother through thick and thin. And other than the occasional controversial debates about popular ship names like destiel and wincest, they are always there to support eachother and the actors and actresses of the show.
Because of this beautiful and loving atmosphere that these wonderful people create, the actors and actresses along with the fans themselves consider this more of a family instead of a fandom. The actors and actresses have no problem calling these fans "there family" and that is amazing.

I am very lucky to be a part of this family and it helps me get through my day knowing that if I ever am feeling down that these kind and beautiful people will be there for me along with Jared, Jensen, and the rest of the cast because they are all amazing.❤❤❤
