A Penelope is often loud and boisterous, and takes the world by storm wherever she goes. She is fun to be around and she is a loyal and trustworthy friend. But watch out, if you get on her bad side, she can make your life a living nightmare. She can sometimes be slightly arrogant and think she is better than everyone else, but in the end, she is very unique and a generally well rounded person. Everyone has their flaws!
