Usually, when a person or group have taken up residence at someone’s home, business or other form of shelter or residence, (and does not pay expenses for any of the above named structures) and use their time for lounging, relaxing, and benefiting from all provided amenities.
To hang around, chill, spend/pass time, or just be outside with no particular purpose. Often used when someone is casually kicking it with friends, loitering, or just vibing in a spot for an extended period.
Examples:
• “All y’all do is parlay.”
• “Y’all parlaying? Let’s go!”
• “We ‘bout to go and just parlay for a bit.”
"Parlay" is Chivalric for "Discourse Amoungst War Enemies". It's when you try to talk to someone whose been trying to kill you. Etc.
