The origin of this term is unknown but it has become quite popular among the tech bro's working in the suburbs of Boston. It supposedly means the super duper badass elite coder. The REAL programmers working in the city roll their eyes when they hear the suburban wannabe programmers constantly referring to themselves as panchilly.

Suburban tech bro wannabe programmer: "Whoa! Bow down! I am so panchilly! Don't fuck around!"

Elite Kendall Square programmer: "Go back 2 the burbs n00b. Ur out of ur league kiddo."
