Verb - to steal. From nick + snatch.

A phrase said when taking something which does not belong to oneself.

Similar to taxed, nicked, snatched.

Girl takes friend's drink out of her hand and downs it, 'nitched'

'I haven't brought a drink to the party'
'Just nitch one'
