Dark arts for Dark People. Negromancy is black magic done by black people who's dark skin represents the dark deeds they have done. The darker their skin the darker the deeds they have committed against humanity. This is why Africa hasn't advanced in technology because they have the power of negromancy to help them with their everyday needs, such as capturing 12 year old kids to force them into soldiers.

Negrogian Empire

(1) The gigantic black empire located South of Europe in a region now known as 'Africa.' In the height of the empire's reign, it is said that canals of orange soda flowed through the capital city; that the glorious smell of Popeyes chicken could be found emanating from every hut; some even say that the empire's national anthem was a Lexus car alarm.

Alas, the empire fell to dust when obese Dutch and Portuguese men poured into Africa by the thousands and raped every man, woman, dwarf, and animal with their disfigured penises.

Yet the songs of the empire still live on within the blood of negro people everywhere. One day they shall rise up again, and, a midst a great roar of shitty rap music, crush the white man.
