Nazi was made in Germany. But every human from every country could be a Nazi. Nazi ain't nothing else then someone fighting for his country 'til death. It means you think there ain't nothing else better than your own country. So you can be a German-Nazi but also an American-Nazi or Italian-Nazi, etc.
