MacroPleasantry

The opposite of MicroAggression.

The way to make it possible to think the best of each other when unintentional MicroAgressions take place is to set the stage with undeniable MacroPleasantries.

Instead of walking on eggshells in the meeting, I propose we make explicit our best intentions by being openly kind, intentionally and obviously supportive through our practice of MacroPleasantry.

The word stands for when a african amercian male or female smacks the face of a Jew with pork and then makes them dance.

acer macrophyllum

The biggest of the big leaf trees in the deciduous family that are endemic of western North America. the Oregon Maple (Acer Macrophyllum). The tree is native to the Pacific Northwest coast range, from California, US, to British Columbia, Canada.

The way this Acer Macrophyllum hangs from the cliff by the fingers of it's roots is poetic.
