It is a misspelling of "LMAO" that is most commonly used by people who think that they can type quickly but can't.

Guy 1: wanna hear a joke?
Guy 2: sure
Guy 1: so 2 guys are walking down the road
Guy 2: LMOA!!!

An abbreviation normally used for any other conversation, idk.
Basically it means, "lemme massage one's ass".
It also just happens when you misspell LMAO and type this. And now a lot of people will get a different meaning.
