Limelight is a word used by Why Don't We Fans. This word came from their first song called Taking you. In one of the lines of the song, it says... "I need you in my life like Limelight, wherever I go I'm taking you". Now, limelight is referred as the expensive VIP pass before concerts to get access to meet the boys, get merch, and have an after party too. This pass normally bumps up by $50 each year and is limited to about 15-20 people.
Fangirl One: "Ellie! Look! I got limelight! I'm super excited! I can't believe I got it!"
Fangirl Two: "Lucky, I just barely missed it!"

When you see an old person that looks as though he/she is in their last days you have to give them the limelight.
This goes especially for the old people that piss you off.
