To send out multiple e-mails on any type of listserve within seconds of each other. Usually these emails are completely pointless and are a severe waste of time for all of the readers. On most occasions the email is more one specific person however the person sending the email wants everyone on the listserve to waste there time and read this pointless string of emails instead of directly sending the email to the lone intended reciever
