The act of changing your profile picture on any given social networking site over and over again because you can't make up your mind. Can happen minutely, daily, or even weekly.

Dude stop changing you're profile picture. That's like the 5th time today!

6th actually... but I'm suffering from Indecisive Default Syndrome.

indecisive online voting

Most people expect that voting twice (once voting negatively and once voting positively) will do nothing to the overall fractions of the thumbs down and thumbs up, when in fact, it shrinks the fraction of the positive thumbs up over the total thumbs.

Really? That douchebag reduced your overall percentage of thumbs ups by indecisive online voting? (Ex. 75/100=.75
76/102=.74509.....)

Someone who has a hard time making up their mind about something.

Someone who calls something a guy says left wing spiel one day after calling it right wing conspiracy theories the day before. He/she was indecisive about exactly what to call what the other person was doing.
