Someone who claims friendships with people they've only met once, don't even particularly like or add friends of friends on facebook or myspace just to boost their numbers.

Also the types of people who freely throw around the word 'love' or become affectionate too early in a friendship.

Just like when a girl goes around your neighbor hood and flirts and sleeps with everyone...except this can apply to any gender that goes out and constantly makes new friends....with the most strange and random people!

Example: Guy 1: Man "Guy 3" is a friend whore bra! I saw him talkin to that new neighbor that's just moved in. Then after we got on the bus he was talking to the driver and some of the people in there. Then later he was at work talking to the customers...all day Hes like this! Guy 2: Sounds like he was being friendly! Guy 1: Nah bra not when he tells em to go to his house to party or to go out and drink..."Guy 3" is a friend whore bra!
