An aquatic maneuver in which, whilst swimming under water, the swimmer pulls down their bathing suit and then surfaces only their bare ass (like a dolphin surfacing its dorsal fin) to unsuspecting fellow swimmers and beach-goers. A 1998 graduate of Finneytown High School most likely would've gone to Ohio St. for college, graduated with honors and went on to live the average upper middle class lifestyle with the two-story house, nice job, nice kids, etc.
