Basically the same thing as retard but with a e! Used within a body of groups to disguise retard by dropping the r and saying it with the rest to keep it on the low.

The school didn’t want people to say retard so students started etard as a substitute to be more lowkey.

1. The term is commonly used to describe someone who has been binge whipping (Over extended, consecutive use of N2O) or overuse of ecstasy among other drugs.

2. The state of mind after using/abusing any intoxicating substance, resulting in loss of mental capacity, lack of rational thought in its entirety, and the inability to control movement but not always including bodily functions ie the Excretory system.
